Refund & Cancellation Policy

WsCore Tech Solution is dedicated to delivering exceptional digital and business compliance services to our clients. We adopt a transparent and communicative approach to ensure client satisfaction; however, given the intangible nature of our services—ranging from website development to government registrations—our refund policy is structured to reflect the time, effort, and resources invested by our team. 

By engaging our services, You acknowledge and agree that refunds are not provided exclusively on the basis of a change of mind or personal preference once the project has commenced. We strongly encourage Users to read the service terms and project scope carefully before making any payments.

Service Non-Refundability

Due to the custom nature of our offerings, typically, all sales and service fees are final and non-refundable once the work has been initiated or the service has been delivered. This strict policy applies to all digital products, consulting sessions, software development milestones, and design services where the Company has already allocated resources or completed a significant portion of the work. 

If a client is unsatisfied with a particular deliverable, the Company is committed to providing reasonable revisions and support within the agreed scope of work to rectify the issue, rather than issuing a monetary refund.

Third-Party & Government Fees

It is explicitly clarified that WsCore Tech Solution often acts as a facilitator for government filings, domain registrations, and third-party software licensing. 

Any fees paid by the Company on behalf of the User to government authorities (such as MCA, GSTN, Trademark Registry) or third-party vendors (such as server hosting or API providers) are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Even if a refund is approved for the Company’s service charges, the portion of the payment utilized for these external or statutory costs shall be deducted in full.

Cancellation Terms

Clients wishing to cancel a service request must do so in writing before the project execution phase begins. If a cancellation request is received within 24 hours of payment and prior to the commencement of any work, the Company may, at its sole discretion, consider a full or partial refund after deducting applicable administrative and payment gateway processing charges. 

However, once the preliminary research, design, or documentation process has started, no cancellation requests will be entertained, and the User shall be liable for the full service fee as agreed upon in the invoice or contract.

Processing & Timeline

In the exceptional event that a refund is approved by the management of WSCORE GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED, the process will be initiated after a thorough verification of the claim. The approved amount will be credited back to the original source of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank Account) within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the policies of the respective bank or payment gateway. The Company shall not be liable for any delays caused by the banking system once the refund has been processed from our end.

Dispute & Jurisdiction

The Company aims to resolve all disputes amicably through mutual discussion and support tickets. However, in case of any unresolved disagreements regarding refunds or cancellations, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding. This Policy is governed by the laws of India, and any legal actions or disputes arising out of financial transactions with the Company shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, being the registered jurisdiction of the Company.
