Introduction & Acceptance

Scope of Services & Facilitation
WsCore Tech Solution provides a range of digital and business compliance services. You acknowledge that for government-related services (e.g., GST, Company Registration, Trademark etc), the Company acts solely as a facilitator and consultant. We do not control government portals, departmental processing times, or statutory rejections. Therefore, We do not guarantee specific outcomes where decision-making lies with third-party authorities.
Prohibited Conduct & Usage Restrictions
Access to our platform is granted strictly for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:
- Use any automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from our website.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of our servers and networks.
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of our services or content without express written permission.
- Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, or violates the rights of any third party.

Consequence: Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of services and potential civil or criminal liability.

By posting content, You grant the Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content. You warrant that your contributions are lawful and do not infringe on intellectual property rights. We do not routinely monitor user content and assume no liability for third-party posts.
Intellectual Property Rights

Payment & Refund Policy
All financial transactions are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy. Generally, professional fees are non-refundable once service execution has commenced. Fees paid to government bodies or third-party vendors are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WsCore Tech Solution, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

- Your violation of this User Agreement.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
Our services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
No Liability: We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions, data loss, or government-side delays.
Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, portal crashes, strikes).
Third-Party Links
Our platform may contain links to external websites (e.g., Payment Gateways, Govt Portals). We do not control and are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third-party sites. Accessing them is entirely at your own risk.
Termination of Service
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to services immediately, without prior notice, if You are found in breach of this Agreement or engaged in fraudulent activities. Upon termination, your right to use our resources ceases immediately.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This User Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction: You agree that any legal action or dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh.
Operational Venue: For administrative and operational grievances, the venue shall be our corporate office in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
